The purpose of this Systems Change Final Project for C&I 495 is to help develop and articulate my personal teaching philosophy and to give direction to my individual graduate professional project. It will be used to illustrate to other teachers, professors, and Indian education specialists the scope and goal of the project. Upon completion, this website will be a relevant, respectful and useful resource for business teachers when implementing IEFA into the classroom.The long-term goal of this project is to enable business teachers to become more comfortable in IEFA curriculum and expand their knowledge, expertise, and resources.
